lesson 4 數(shù) 詞
一、數(shù)詞的分類： 數(shù)詞分為序數(shù)詞(one， two， three， four…)、基數(shù)詞(first， second， third， fourth…)和分?jǐn)?shù)詞(one third， two thirds， four fifths…)。表示單一的數(shù)詞與單數(shù)名詞連用，但有些數(shù)詞和名詞連用，表示復(fù)數(shù)時(shí)仍用單數(shù)形式
four dozen eggs(四十八個(gè)雞蛋)， two score people (四十個(gè)人)， three hundred years(三百年)， a few thousand horses (好幾千匹馬)， eight million pounds (八百萬(wàn)英磅)。
注意：被這些數(shù)詞修飾的名詞一定是復(fù)數(shù)，反過(guò)來(lái)，如果被修飾的名詞是復(fù)數(shù)，那么就用數(shù)詞的單數(shù)形式，如 a(one) thousand years：
二、關(guān)于“千”“百”“百萬(wàn)”的數(shù)詞： 如果“hundred”、“thousand”和“million”前邊沒(méi)有表示數(shù)字和其他限定詞修飾時(shí)(如“a few”、“one”、“ ten”等)，則可用復(fù)數(shù)形式，表示不定數(shù)，后面再加“of+名詞”：hundreds of (數(shù)以百計(jì)的)，thousands and thousands of (成千上萬(wàn)的)，millions of (數(shù)以百萬(wàn)計(jì)的)
三、關(guān)于連字符連接的數(shù)詞： 在連字符連接的“數(shù)詞+普通名詞+形容詞”中，“數(shù)詞”和“普通名詞”都要用單數(shù)形式

四、基數(shù)詞中表示“幾十”的復(fù)數(shù)形式可以表達(dá)人的歲數(shù)或年代
He is in his late twenties. 他快30了。
五、分?jǐn)?shù)詞：分?jǐn)?shù)詞是由基數(shù)詞和序數(shù)詞組成的，分子是基數(shù)詞，分母是序數(shù)詞。除了表示“1”以外，分母序數(shù)詞都用復(fù)數(shù)
六、百分?jǐn)?shù)： 表示百分比的percent用單數(shù)，如ninty percent(90%)
